All the employees I delt with were very polite and

I would recommend speaking to your customers on the phone

I would recommend speaking to your customers on the phone at least once for report. Communication only by text creates opportunities for problems. As a culture however, it was a good dealership to work with. and the Brandon was patient, made it easy, and had excellent customer service. Spending on a big ticket item deserves a baseline curiosity and customer service skills Beyond technolog; "people" skills never go out of style. Thank you

They have nice vehicles. I got a really nice truck from them yeah its going to cost a fortune tho ahhh.

Made the 5 hr trip to buy a vehicle.

Made the 5 hr trip to buy a vehicle. Car was as described, so no real surprises. I was paying cash, so wished the closing process would have been faster knowing that I had a long drive home. Salesman was totally friendly. Included 2 year power train warranty was a major plus. Negatives: 1) bought a Chevy from a Chevy dealer but did not receive a users manual and 2) even though the cars last oil change was 6 years ago, they declined to change the oil because the inbound computer said it was ok. Would buy from the again, but will demand an oil change first.
