Ridiculous, I will never bring another vehicle to Chastang Ford. They charged me almost $500 to diagnose and try to upsell me on things that I did not bring the truck in for. In the charged $70 Shop supplies when all they had to do was plug in the computer and tell me what the code was. I did not ask them to take things apart to try to upscale me on their xx.

Outstanding service they went above and beyond Originally took the truck in for our oil change then Isaac called to point out some other issues and I mentioned to him that if they could check underneath to see if there was an oil leak coming out of the transmission area because we noticed oil residue on the tailgate and the rear bumper accompanied by the smell of oil burning. They looked and did discovered a small leak. Isaac went ahead and scheduled a repair and filed a warranty no problems.

Chastang Ford always does an awesome job when we bring our vehicles in for an oil change. They have a big screen TV and drinks and snacks while you wait.
