First, once I walked in, isaac wasn't at his desk,
First, once I walked in, isaac wasn't at his desk, another person was short with me, 'not sure we have time to do that, excuses. Then there was relief. Isaac walked in. Very professional, listened to my recoding of the noise my Bronco was making. He excused himself, he checked it out and found the problem. !!!! Was able to take care of the brake light, he sat and discussed everything to me, in detail. He is the best, . Great customer service!

I called Chris and told him that my windshield had been
I called Chris and told him that my windshield had been broken.He made all the phone calls set up the appointment, and I had a new windshield within a day. He has always taken care of everything to do with our vehicles. He will always remain our service advisor at Chastang Ford.
