Questions are hard to answer as I had a great experience my first time visiting. This is my second time to visit and when we checked in the vechile, the guy was short was us. I do know it was not the same advisor as last time. This advisor just asked for name and keys but nothing else. I had an appointment so I was hoping for the best since all my information was on there along with my service coupon. However, my coupon was not applied and he acted like it was my fault for not bringing it up but I was never asked. When he came to ask about my windshield wipers and points, I said no to the wipers but the service was only about $70 so it should cover it. Not once was it questioned otherwise with that. When I left, I was not told how my tires were or my brakes or my fluids. The last time, the advisor let me know and gave me a sheet. Additionally he said it was about $100 with maybe some change. I said that did not sound right and he basically acted like it was my fault. Excuse me sir but a little over an hour ago you were short with me and I did mention the price when you asked me about the wipers so how is it my fault? Then he told me he did not know how to refund it. I get a text a short while later saying they would refund $20 to my account. However last time, with the same coupon, I paid $76 or $78. Therefore, I was still overcharged for the services provided and I am not sure the whole service was even provided. Definitely left confused and under valued this time.
