Working with Nathan I was able to trade in my old 2013

Working with Nathan I was able to trade in my old 2013 F150 for a new to me 2021 F150 XLT FX4. The salesmen and financial departments were both great, though with the add-ons the price was what was shown on the internet at the time of negotiation. With some help from Nathan and Daniel we were able to come to an agreement for the purchase. I look forward with doing business in the future with Bob Tomes.

The sales and finance staff at Bob Tomes were fantastic. The dealer had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and I found the perfect Explorer ST. I had some issues with communication when I first purchased the vehicle, but the next day the problem was resolved, and they took care of it completely. Their focus on customer satisfaction is impressive. It was a fantastic buying experience and I would highly recommend Bob Tomes to anybody wanting to purchase a Ford vehicle.

The salesmen and financial departments were both great.

The salesmen and financial departments were both great. There was one lady that really almost blew the whole deal. She was explaining to us the value add ons and why they were on the offer sheet. We asked why they added to their price when it wasn’t anything we asked for, her answer was “because we can”. At the point we were done with dealership that approaches business with that attitude and customer relations. I can’t remember her name for sure but I think her name was Jennifer. If the sales manager hadn’t contacted us the next day and worked hard to make the deal happen, we would not have done business with Bob Tomes Ford.
