Don't seem interested in talking to customers
I went in to see a car listed on Cars.com and Autotrader.com. It sold yesterday but it's still advertised. It seems to me the sales people aren't interested in talking to customers about what else they may be looking for or other possibilities. I was just dismissed. As a Toyota owner, this was particularly disappointing that maybe I'm better off shopping for Toyotas from non Toyota dealers. Maybe the price of the car I was asking about was an indicator that I wouldn't make for a good commission, I don't know. But I was not pleased by the service.

Robert was extremely kind and helpful. My mom and I got to the dealership pretty early; but Robert was kind enough to let us sit in his office until the director came in. He then listened to what I was looking for in a car and brought me the options they had available. When I say this was the smoothest process I have ever experienced in buying a car-I mean it! My mom was thoroughly impressed with Robert's service as well. She said she will return to buy a car from him. So again thank you for all your help Robert and I hope you have a great day!

My family and i came in late to buy a Tundra and Rob and Saad both stayed and helped us. They went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. The finance department had everything ready to get us on our way since it was late and we still had a 3 hour drive home. Awesome people.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Brian took his time and explained every step of the process. Finance person was really awesome, he even gave me some additional knowledge about car payments FOR FREE! Everything went very smooth. I would certainly recommend buying a car here.
