I said plenty to the service manager and how after buying four vehicles and their lack of customer service I’ll never purchase from them again. Your team member Greg is probably the worse person I have dealt with in over 10 years as a customer

They provide a lousy and unreliable service, we confidently took our truck to ensure the condition of the tires and they told us according to the scale that it was at 6, the confident tires were rolling the car and he felt uncomfortable. We took it to Toyota Rockwall on the second day. Examination of the rubbers in front of our eyes and the rubbers were on scale 2 no 6 as they had told us 2 days before so please be aware of the workers they hire because they deal with people and one trusts you for believing them serious and responsible and it turns out I do not live in Richardson and I prefer to go 45 to Toyota Rockwall that there is attention, responsibility, transparency and dedication.

Robert Bauer did a great job getting us cost and finance information as well as pics/videos of cars before we came into the dealership. Convinced us to drive past dozens of other dealerships to get to Toyota Richardson. Salesman Christian is a good sales person. Got us what we wanted and worked with us on the numbers .. made us feel like we got a good product and good value. Sayed in the finance department was knowledgeable and efficient to get us out quickly. Dealership did a great job getting the car detail expedited.
