Robert was great from start to ongoing! I sent a note of interest on a vehicle to a car site, and they got back to me right away. I spoke with Robert about additional fees, and he was 100% transparent. He even made a detailed video of the car for me, because I live so far away. It was in great shape when I drove it, and we made a deal. The closing went smoothly, no high pressure tactics for add-ons, had it that afternoon! There had been a very minor issue with the vehicle, which he had addressed as promised for me, by the time I picked it up the next day. Highly recommended!

Reached out about three different vehicles in the last 10...

Reached out about three different vehicles in the last 10 days. Nobody called, nobody responded, was told someone would be in touch shortly. I wanted to know price before walking into the dealership, not interested in playing games in this car market. But nobody from Toyota of Richardson took the time to contact me or even followup. Shame on you and glad it didn't work out.
