I loved the fact that they had me in and out within 2 hours. I told them that I was afraid of being in the dealership for hours and hour, but they assured me that the process would be quick amd they were right. I love my new car and have fond memories of buying it thanks to Mr. Robert.

Robert was wonderful to work with. It is obvious in his care for the customer that he has been at this for awhile. He was knowledgeable and thorough and just an overall delight to work with. I knew we were well taken care of and got the best deal we could. His attention to detail made the process easy and I walked away with the car I have always wanted!! If I could give less than one star I certainly would. You...
If I could give less than one star I certainly would. You don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut remarks when a customer states that they want the extended warranty on a vehicle. Lastly, you don’t hand a customer back their keys and indicated that they go find their car after the deal didn’t work out and tell them that they are crazy. Yes, this all actually happened. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. We went the very next day, to another dealership, and was treated like a customer should be treated. They were even floored when we told them what happened. I ended up with an SUV that I absolutely love and they will get all the referrals from me! These people at Toyota of Richardson need extensive training on how to treat and talk to customers.
