Theo was friendly and helped us find exactly what we...

Theo was friendly and helped us find exactly what we wanted as far as a new larger car for our growing family, quite quickly! We sat with him and he found a couple options within minutes and we struggled to pick but finally chose the right option and we love our Highlander :). Theo also made the lengthy process of the financing easy and got us a great deal on a used car with super low miles which is exactly what we asked for!

This review is for Theo Jones. His attitude and character was very kind and approachable never did I see any signs of aggressiveness. He worked with me and understood my needs. He's a salesman with a heart. My wife told me that Theo is a Gentle Giant hehehe. I give all my 5 stars to theo. .

Dealership does not embrace internet sales

Typical Toyota dealership. Their used Toyota vehicle is worth full Kelly Blue Book’s ‘Fair Purchase Price’ but your Toyota vehicle is only worth 60 percent of Kelly Blue Book’s ‘Trade in Value’. Also their low ball offer is contingent on an on-site inspection of your vehicle which is difficult for potential customers who do not live in the immediate area. Some car dealerships embrace internet sales but some do not. This dealership does not embrace internet sales.

Our son, my husband and I were so pleased with the service that Robert provided us regarding the Tacoma that we purchased for our son turning 16. He truly delivers a premiere customer experience that revolves around meeting a customer’s needs and is all about resolution of open items even after the purchase was finalized. He is also smart, friendly and fast. We will be back!
