Hector is a very helpful salesman he knows his vehicles...

Hector is a very helpful salesman he knows his vehicles he’s not going to let u get in something that’s not for u. Willing to work with you to get the car you want. He’s Also a man of his word if he tells you he’s gonna help you with something he will come thru.. I would recommend him highly. Also looking forward to shop with him again when it’s time to get my vehicle!!!

Lee Schuster is my service advisor at Toyota of...

Lee Schuster is my service advisor at Toyota of Richardson. Lee maintains a high level of customer service, and really attends to his customers needs. I recently had my 4Runner serviced, due to a leaky tire. Lee ordered an inspection, which found the battery (still under warranty) needed replacement. The vehicle now runs like new, and the repair occurred before the battery died - so I was not left stranded somewhere. In driving my older 4Runner, it is a comfort to get the results of the 48 point inspection so needed repairs can be made before an issue arises. Thank you Lee!

I would like to thanks Theo Jones for helping me with my purchase. The only reason I came back to ToR was Theo. I had a few options to purchase the same model, but wanted my business to go to a good man like Theo. The car sales business needs more people like him.

Dirty Tactics. Show this and sell that tactics

Yesterday 12/7/2020, I called the used dealership regarding a vehicle. Mr. Amin picked up the call and was very courteous. He inquired as to what can he help me with? I told him that Iam interested in one specific vehicle, and gave him the exact Stock # JU120345 ( these are the last 8 digits of the actual VIN # as well.) He sounded ecstatic and said, we do have this vehicle available on the lot. I told him that I will be there in the next 25 minutes. I was there in 23. Inquired about Mr. Amin and suddenly, the guy who was supposed to be waiting for me, ready with the specific vehicle, disappeared. No one seemed to know about him. I was directed to Manager on the floor, by a sales rep. He tried to page him and then called him on his cell phone. He got hold of him on his cell phone. They talked about something, and then told me that he is not available, someone else can help me. When the next available gentleman took me to his desk. Then he tried to see which vehicle Mr. Amin looked up. When he found out the as to what we were looking for, he said, " unfortunately that specific vehicle with that stock number is sold. I asked him, did you sell this vehicle in the past 23 minutes? He started looking left and right and I got my answer. I assume that is what they do to lure in customers: Advertise a vehicle on Cars.com, or Cargurus.com, price it very reasonably, and when someone inquires about it, tell them, yes its available. when u show up, the guy who lured you in suddenly becomes unavailable and another gentleman tells you that unfortunately this vehicle has been sold, and then re-direct you to another vehicle. I call this "resorting to DIRTY TACTICS". Mr. Amin could have told me the truth and I still would have gone there to find another vehicle. He didn't need to give me wrong information unnecessarily. I would never recommend this dealership to any one. If they lie to you before you even put your foot in their dealership, who knows what they might do when u actually try to purchase the car. How many more lies?

Just purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. Theo, Aaron, and Derrell were very professional and their customer service was amazing! They not only assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle- they followed up with me after the sale to make sure that everything with my vehicle was satisfactory and answered all questions patiently! I am very satisfied! Very pleasant experience and will definitely visit them for my future vehicle needs.
