Theo was amazing! He was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. He was welcoming, kind, and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Nick in finance was also awesome! Very kind and easy going. This is our second vehicle purchase at Toyota of Richardson. We will definitely go back and recommended to family and friends!
