Hector & Jewel were absolutely wonderful

I messaged Toyota of Richardson and had the pleasure to chat wit Hector in regards to a 2020 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. I went to three different Toyota dealerships looking for a specific car. Toyota of Richardson by far had the best layout, it was very welcoming, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I had the opportunity to buy from Robert. He surpasses the expectations set by the numerous awards laid out around his desk. He was very knowledgeable about the car, he answered every question with enthusiasm, and he provides a comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire process of the purchase. I would gladly do business with Robert and Toyota of Richardson again.

Bought my RAV4 last month less than 300 miles and the battery quit they won’t do anything about it unless I want to pay $172 for a new battery. They must think I’m stupid. It’s not a hybrid. Proves there only interested in sales. Taught me a lesson
