We got great service. Tracy was absolutely wonderful....

We got great service. Tracy was absolutely wonderful. Everybody there was so personable & accommodating. Best of all we got great prices for my car, my daughter's car as well as for her husband's car.

Poor Customer Service

Vehicle was disgusting during test drive. We were advised it had not been detailed nor serviced, but were promised the tires would be changed, oil changed, and interior/exterior detailed. We were told to wait 4 hrs after the deal was done to get our new vehicle, even though we had been at the dealer since 9 am. After more than five hours, we received a call that the vehicle was not ready to be picked up. We agreed to the new time because we wanted the vehicle all these things to be done with the vehicle. The next day, more than 24 hrs after the deal was completed, we picked up the vehicle. No new tires, even though when we asked the salesman we were told they were new tires. No RO showing, sticker, or any indication that the oil was changed. No interior mats as promised. And once we left, the tire pressure light came on. We called the dealer and spoke with Used Car SM, Aaron, who just read off the RO and adv we could come in but looks like they had already done a lot to the car in service. We brought the vehicle back, only for them to take up 2 more hours of our lives and tell us the car wasn't getting new tires and everything else seemed fine. Beyond disappointed, we just left without any new tires or interior mats as promised and the tire pressure light came back on as we left. While these issues are minor, the Customer Service received by the Sales Manager and outright lies from the Salesman were enough for us to never want to go back to this dealer and to advise others to not go there either.

Excellent service!

Came here with my wife and we left extremely pleased with how we were treated. Bought a Tundra and although the price was initially too high the agent was able to work with us and lower the interest rate along with extra perks! Thank you to Saad he was kind, patient and ultimately got us a great deal!

Toyota of Richardson ran my credit 8 times without my...

Toyota of Richardson ran my credit 8 times without my permission! The General manager said he call me back with a reason why but never did. Now I’m afraid of letting anyone run my credit. I have reached out to the Toyota Head quarters and waiting on a call back. Next email will be to the BBB.

Bate and switch

Offered full price on a car. Told me it was sold. Relisted for a higher price the next day. If you cant price your cars properly don't advertise them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AN INCOMPETENT DISHONEST COMPANY

Wow! What awesome experience at Toyota Of Richardson. Everyone was so kind and nice. I was immediately greeted by Tracy when I pulled up who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This guy went above and beyond by doing his due diligence in helping me to find my dream vehicle. He was thorough and educated me throughout the entire process. I have always had extraordinary service! The service team are friendly and efficient! I've always had a great experience. They have a shuttle service which takes you home if you dont want to stay and they pick you up when your car is ready!

Tracy will do what is best for the customer. He will put in the work and his work ethic is stellar. When I asked him to check the XLE and leather he physically checked and sent me video. Every other salesperson at every other dealership would only look it up on the computer and half of them were wrong. He is not afraid to work for your business! I will be back to see him again for my next car! He is a phenomenal guy! He got us a great price and puts customers first! He will take care of you!
