Great experience

Neal was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. I also appreciated Aaron’s help. A very good experience all around. Everyone understood my needs and was willing to negotiate.

Amazing experience buying a used car

Neal and the Toyota of Richardson team went above and beyond to get me in the minivan I wanted. I got the monthly payment I wanted and the peace of mind that my trade-in was valued fairly. I showed up at 8:15pm (they close at 9pm) and Neal took care of me, without pressuring me, until our deal was done (11:45pm). Toyota Sequoia-Replace secondary air injection pump & valves

The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I didn't have to wait to,be checked in, and after I was, David Walc, my service agent, again went above and beyond to apprise me of the work to be done and the expected wait time. He offered to give me a shuttle ride anywhere within a 10 mile radius should I need anything while my car was being serviced. Later in the day, he came to give me a status update and tell me about the remaining work and the expected completion time. He was spot on. It took 7 hours to complete the work, but the wait was made pleasant by the outstanding service I received. The free tea, free coffee, and free chocolate chip cookies are always a delight at Toyota of Richardson. Maybe I s Thank you for the service!

All personnel were very helpful.

Signage to the service center could be better on the access road of 75. But once you've found it, the service was very good.

Exceeded Expectations

I have been coming to Toyota of Richardson for a couple of years and was fortunate enough to be connected with Crystal Maldonado. She has been such a pleasure to work with. Today when it was evident there would not be a shuttle driver available to get me to work in time for a meeting, she made it happen by driving me herself! That is excellent customer service. Quick and easy

Tala found us the exact vehicle from another dealership and brought it to Richardson the same day. We had our vehicle out the door by noon the following day. Great service and friendly staff. No from finance was equally friendly and professional. Great staff. Keep up the good work. Only feedback I would give is for other staff in the sales area to keep the office politics out of earshot from customers. Not good to hear about office drama when other sales people are doing a great job trying to help you buy a vehicle and not professional.

Excellent service from start to finish!!

As of 7/30/19, we are now a proud owner of a 2019 4Runner all thanks to the guys here at Toyota of Richardson! We are ecstatic to say the least! From the initial email from their online sales (Sean Russell) to meeting up with Jerry Purnell when we arrived, it was a great experience!! They found us the perfect 4Runner and at a great price! We had been shopping around for a few weeks up until then and they made everything go perfect and seamlessly!! Finished it off with Nick in finance who was also just as fantastic! We could not have asked for a better experience! We appreciate everyone’s help in making things happen so quick and easy! We look forward to doing more business with you guys in the future and will definitely recommend you all to anyone that we know of that is looking for a vehicle!!
