Why do I keep coming back to Toyota Richardson Service

I trust their expertise and servicing my car. I have come back as maintenance is needed or if there is a breakdown through the years. I trust no other service in Richardson, TX. They are honest and forthright. The service is always superior and the explanations and costs on my car maintenance or breakdown is beyond my expectations. I have been coming to this service center for more than 15 years and I can say I have never been disappointed. The time element in waiting does not make me irritable because I work in a place where instruments have to be serviced by educated and experienced field service engineers and time, cost, and parts are a part of life. If others think this place is slow and time consuming, they are unrealistic about quality this place exudes. I will always have my car(s) serviced by this great place! Always!

Amazing, professional service

Richardson Toyota has been doing all my service since I moved to Texas. Very convenient service . Proffessional and honest people. Doug is my service advisor and enjoy doing business with him as well .

60000 mile service

They did what they said what they would do. They also drove me back to the house and came back and picked me up. I am very happy.

Empty Promises

During the process of converting a lease of 2016 Sienna to purchase. Leon in Finance promised my cracked windshield should have been covered by the MPP protection plan I had purchased for the lease portion. Nearly three months later and phone calls, emails with little or no replies on Toyota of Richardson's part I finally speak with Mo who initially told me they were waiting on a response from MPP and should hear back in 24 hours. Since a holiday and weekend were approaching, I gave them a few extra days. Still no reply, I call Mo once again and receive the disappointing news that MPP won't cover the claim and Toyota of Richardson won't honor their employee's promise.

Terrific Salesman

Yesterday my husband and I went to another Toyota dealership, weren't satisfied with the trade-in and left. We had previously purchased a car from that dealership and also Toyota of Richardson so my husband suggested we drive down there. Boy, were we glad we did. Tracy Brown found us a terrific Camry. We were looking for a 2018 with low mileage and Tracy found a 2018 with 41 miles. Yes, 41 miles! We got a much better trade-in with Tracy and everything went quickly and smoothly once we agreed on price and trade-in.We are seniors and have had a lot of cars over the years and the experience yesterday with Tracy was the best. We really felt that he wanted our business unlike the other dealership. Leon in the Finance office was also very helpful and thorough in explaining the various protection packages. Thank you both for such a high quality of professionalism.

2013 Sienna with issues to repair.

Purchased 2013 Sienna on a Saturday July 2019. Next day I noticed it needed many repairs. Used Sales person : Tracy Brown refused to repair. Informed sales management, also seem reluctant to make repairs try to charge me 500,00 to repair the vehicles DVD Movie system. I DONT RECOMMEND RICHARDSON TOYOTA TO ANY ONE.

Excellent customer service

Customer service was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was updated as work was in progress and was given a rental while work was being completed when work was going to be more and take longer than expected.

New Car Purchase Experience

The customer experience that Talal provided was beyond reproach. From the moment I walked in until I drove away with my new Rav4 he ensured that all my questions were answered and anything I needed was taken care of. Mustafa was amazing from the finance side. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and insured that all my questions and concerns were answered.

excellent over all experience

Would like to thank Tracy Brown, dennis, and Mustafa for making our experience with your dealership the easiest and extremely friendly. Tracy's professionalism and vehicle knowledge of the cars he sells really shined through. And also his professionalism throughout the sale was great and very much welcomed. He took care of the very few items we needed dealt with. No switch and bait with this man, He was upfront with everything and pretty much let us know if he could help us then great but if he couldn't then there was no pressure thanks for coming..
