Toyota Care Service. Work was done promptly while I waited.

Toyota of Richardson performed my 25k final service on my Highlander. Upon inspection, it was determined I needed a tire and wheel alignment, with one tire wearing more on the inside than the outside. Mitch, the service director, quoted me a fair price and even provided a coupon which reduced the price even more. Very happy with the timeliness of the servicing of my car. Would definitely recommend their service and sales departments. Great place to purchase and get servicing done.

Great service and services agents!

Had an appointment for service. Service agents were there when I drove up, went over all services I had requested. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Very friendly employees.

Not recommended

The head salesman, Jeff Grettner was too concerned about the sale of a vehicle rather than customer service. It was the last day of the month and he pulled every trick in the book, including walking away from the desk acting like he couldn’t make any deal and even had another salesman reach across me for the keys saying a woman drove three hours to buy the truck I was looking at. Then the other salesman walked back to an empty desk. Grettner did not know the law about altered handicapped vehicles not paying taxes, forced me to pay $1000 over sticker price for “accessories” I did not want and did not care that I had to alter the vehicle because that wasn’t important to him. The dealership had a man named Glass oco sent me a text apology but nothing else. He called it an “internal problem” and obviously the problem I had was not taken care of because the dealership thought of the sale first and me second if at all. The only bright not was the salesman names Jonathan (JP) and Nick in financing. They were both honest and didn’t lie like Jeff Grettner did.

Actually you were having trouble deciding on the vehicle, refused to put a deposit on it and a Lady drove down from OK and bought it, there were no games except for you calling him (Jeff) names as he walked over to the desk>> Lucifer? "I can see the horns" sound familiar? All this before he even spoke to you, really? According to Texas State Law, you are required to provide form 14-318 which requires medical approval to be exempt from paying taxes on the vehicle (which I provided to you and refunded the tax in a timely manner). Instructions on page 2 of form 14-318: A person claiming this exemption must present to the seller or County Tax Assessor-Collector: - a properly completed Comptroller Form 14-318, Texas Motor Vehicle Orthopedically Handicapped Exemption Certificate; and - a restricted Texas driver license, issued to the qualified orthopedically handicapped person, which requires a modification restriction on the vehicle and verifies that the orthopedically handicapped driver is so physically impaired as to be unable to operate a motor vehicle that has not been modified; or - a statement from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts that the qualified orthopedically handicapped person requires adaptive devices and/or modifications necessary to reasonably operate or transport the othopedically handicapped person. This requirement is satisfied by the practitioner’s signature on the Texas Motor Vehicle Orthopedically Handicapped Exemption Certificate.

Our service rep want beyond what was necessary to get the information we needed to register our car. Necessary repairs were done, but nothing superfluous. Great experience all around.
