Lee Schuster was wonderful.

Very Positive Experience

Service advisor competent and friendly. Work completed when said it would be. Easy to schedule appointment. Donuts and coffee are a nice touch. Payment and check out friendly and efficient.

Very positive

Very positive and helpful. Service representative, Rodrigo Carone, was very professional, helpful and answered my questions. He definitely followed through with all the things the car needed. He explained choices and I appreciated that. He also kept me informed.

Great service, Fantastic Team!!

David provides great service on our vehicles. We have a Prius and a 4-Runner. When we drop our cars to him we know he will make sure they are taken care of like his own car. We appreciate his attention to detail and his outlook towards customer service. We won’t change car brands because of our service guy!

Toyota Richardson is The Best!

All employees including manager are very very nice. And Thomas Pablo is the best! I take my Lexus only to this service and only to Thomas Pablo. He is very professional and he is a great guy, the only guy in town who I can trust with my car. I tell to all my friends: “Go to Toyota Richardson. Don’t go anywhere else! And look for Mr Thomas Pablo. Thank you very much! You are the best!

Ask for Arthur Jacobi’s. He is super helpful. He works to help you understand your needs without being overally aggressive on adding on extra services. Very great customer service. See you at my next service appointment.
