Overall pleasant experience. Rodrigo managed and explained everything very well. Would have liked better working space in waiting room. All staff was pleasant. Expect to be back. Car is almost 90,0000 miles.

After I shopped all the Toyota dealers in DFW area, Toyota of Richardson was the most professional and best deal by a significant amount! I got exactly what I wanted at the very best price. I'm covered bumper to bumper for 8 years or 100,000 miles on EVERYTHING with Toyota extended warranties, so my only car expenses are monthly payment, insurance and gas, and since I purchased a Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid my monthly gas exense will be cut by a minimum of 50 to 60%, which is so Eco friendly and beneficial!

Best service dept in town!
Always have my cars serviced at Richardson Toyota and have been doing so for over 10 years. My husband does too. Only exception would if we are out of town at service time. We try to never let that happen.

My issues were not addressed
Upon checking the service orders and the work performed. I just found out my issue still exists. The service order stated there were bubbles in the rear window but it was not addressed. This was my second time I brought my car to your service department on the same issue but it was not fixed.
