Always professional and friendly
The service department is always professional and friendly. They explain what you need and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have never had a bad experience. Scott Michael was so nice and took my personal situation in mind and went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was a definite 10+

Attentive staff
All good could not find remote starter but staff helped and pointed in the right spot. Cookies were appreciated. Think Warren Buffett owns group. Tell him hi for me.

Professional in all respects.
Easy to schedule service. Work was done promptly. My service rep called me when the car was ready. The cashier experience was excellent. And my car was ready to drive off when I paid.

Worst service- twice now
Second time to bring a car in. This time my brand new Prius for 5k service purchased at Toyota Richardson. Made appointment 24 hours in advance via phone. Upon arrival no record of appointment with Brandon and no offer to honor it nor did Brandon even attempt to speak with me. First time i had it towed there and they lost all records of it and no one could find it for days. Complete incompetence and never again

Simple quick easy
We booked our first service and it was a breeze. Service advisor greeted us and reviewed the car with is what service needed to be completed. Service was completed timely and we were on our way.
