I have leased 2 fortes and purchased 3 brand new Souls from Canandaigua Vision Kia. In all 5 situations I found the staff to be helpful and in every way... professional. I have. And will continue to deal with them and to recommend them to friends and family.
Never had a more unprofessional sales interaction. It must have been 'tough sell' weekend, or they had a 'high pressure' sales event going on. The 2... 'salesmen' we interacted with (I use the term 'salesman' incorrectly, they couldn't have been more clueless) just didn't seem like they KNEW HOW to sell cars, nor did they WANT to sell cars. We as potential customers knew more about the car than they did, and they admitted that! The one guy came over to do his high pressure shtick, and told us he 'doesn't work here' and 'was not local to the area' WHAT?? It was a total waste of time even stopping by this place. We purchased elsewhere. Dear dealership owner.......you're not helping your business having these clowns work for you. They are chasing your new customers away.
My daughter had purchased her Kia Sorrento from this dealer We had agreed upon a interest-rate & rebate that she would receive on the car at signing... my daughter did not notice until she came home the interest-rate was totally different than what she had discussed with the Dealer We had called the dealer up to resolve this problem and did not get anywhere with them but hung up on they were very rude I would not recommend this dealer to anybody we put our trust in the one on my daughters we had called the dealer up to resolve this problem and did not get anywhere with them but hung up on they were very rude I would not recommend this dealer to anybody we put our Trust into these people and they took a vantage of it
