Poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. They failed to return a rental truck after reassuring me it would be handled. It sat in their parking lot for two weeks and cost me $1800.00. It's been five months and still unresolved. Sold me a CPO 2019 Lincoln Navigator for $85,000 when it was all said and done with a cracked windshield and bad tires and bad Instrument panel which obviously did not go through the 200 point inspection. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR GAME WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS BECAUSE ONCE THE SALE IS FINAL SO IS THE CUSTOMER!!!!

Great experience buying a Ranger
Devin was informative and helpful in the process. Wasn’t expecting to buy a truck but the price was good. Garry in finance was helpful too.

Excellent Customer Service
I enjoyed my purchasing experience at Lincoln. It was quick and no pressure. I was able to begin the paperwork online and finish in the store. My new vehicle has exceeded my expectations.

THE WORST
Mother in-law went up to buy $100k, navigator. Deal was agreed everything was good. Then the finance department asked for more money down and spoke down to her as if she could not afford the car. Do not waste your time with these xxxxxxxx. She was so excited all day and they spit in her face. Shame on you to treat a women in her 60's, the way you did. Unbelievable! You better believe corporate is getting a letter.
