above and beyond

I needed a car for my 16 year old son and Tonyo made it the easiest new car buying experience ever. Found what I wanted online and talked to him over the phone. Showed up and signed a few papers and was good to go. They went above and beyond by placing the vehicle on the showroom floor with a bow and had my son show up thinking he was picking me up to drop off my car for repairs. Another big plus is I already had my Interest rate I was willing to pay in mind from my credit union and they beat it by a full point.

Warning: THEY SELL DAMAGED CARS Update 2/2/21 I bought a certified 2019 premium mustang from grapevine ford and it's been at my closest ford dealership for about 3 months already and it's not running. when I bought the car I noticed that the back bumper was damaged and the hood paint didn't match the rest of the car, I first tried asking the grapevine ford dealership to fix the problem they told me that there was nothing they could do about it since I have already purchased the car and supposedly it was my problem, even though I bought almost every warranty that the dealership had to offer and it was still under manufacture warranty. The sales manager told me: "Sorry there's nothing we can do" and left me there by myself without saying anything else. I also tried to return the car within the 3-day return policy on Monday, but since I bought it Friday night and Sunday they are closed the 3-day return policy was not valid anymore. I talked to my closest ford dealership and they told me that the car was in a car crash because some of the panels were not aligned and the paint on the bolts was stripped. I thought the dealership was giving me a good deal when I was buying the mustang but now I feel like I've been scammed and I can't sleep thinking about how I'm going to fix the problem. Update 9/23/19 I visited again and I was very interested in a red 2017 mustang gt California special on Saturday and I was told they took it to auction but they could get it back Monday so we made an appointment Monday at 7:00, Monday came and I got there at 7:00 but the mustang wasn't there and our appointment didn't even matter, they just wasted my precious time and gas to be told that the mustang wasn't there, I feel like I wasn't taken seriously and the worst part is I didn't even get a call to be told that they couldn't get back. This dealership is a joke I would give it zero stars if I could I was looking for a mustang but no one came to greet me or ask if I need help with anything, I saw 3 employees but they all ignored me, I'm not sure if you are supposed to make an appointment to be greeted.

Excellent Car Shopping Experience

I was in the market for a larger SUV and had an idea of 3 different models I was interested in. Ford was second on my list and after having a terrible experience at Dodge, I was pleased with Grapevine Ford. My saleswoman, Doreen listened to what I wanted, asked the right questions and found what I was looking for and more at a great price. The financing process was easy as I already secured pre-approval from Ford. They even gave me what I wanted for my trade-in! All in all, the entire experience was enjoyable and relatively quick. I highly recommend Grapevine Ford and Doreen- she’s awesome!

The staff at Grapevine Ford was great! They were very busy the day we went but the salesman stayed focused on us. The finance guy was great!! I would go there again in a heartbeat.
