Great New Car Buying Experience

Our salesman Gary Vogel Finance Garry Johnson are both great guy's for the car sales industry it was great working with them. The whole team went above and beyond to put my wife in the vehicle she has wanted for along time. Thank you all at Grapevine Ford for a pleasurable buying experience.

Pulled my credit 3 times to purchase 1 car

I came in to purchase an used vehicle. I was already pre—approved so my credit had to be pulled once. Well, these guys managed to pull it 2 more times (a total of 3 times in one day). I care about my credit , and I found this to be very disrespectful from them.

Great experience for new car purchase

I used the skip the lot process and it made the buying process so easy! Jonathan Waters was so great to work with. I drove over, picked up the keys, and drove away!

I was going to buy the same car from a Florida dealer the next day but I saw the same one at Grapevine Ford. I called and Eric answered the phone. I asked him to go personally inspect the car because they had just listed it and it wasn’t thru make ready. He didn’t ask any typical, stupid questions. He did what I asked and I told him what I wanted for trade and if they could match it I would make the 3 1/2 hour drive. They did and I purchased the car. I expected some surprises but there were none. They treated me well and his manager was professional also.
