Great service and I love the car

I bought a used 2017 GT, working with Mikey, and he was very responsive and provided great service. He worked with me and got me the car I wanted in very short time.

Met the ENTIRE team. Easiest purchase process ever, including the finance department. Personal attention of SANDRA SMITH, with detail to every aspect, including verifying the car would fit in my garage. DAVID KLETT assisting in closing a great deal for me. ZACH in Finance expediting all the paperwork. HEATH in Service who will be on call if needed. Accessibility of GM CHAZ GILMORE and greetings from BRAD to help us get in and out quickly so we can enjoy our new car. It was everything a car buying experience should be.

From the moment I entered the doors to the end exceeded my expectations. Luis Rivera was excellent, truthful and easy to work with. He listened and didn’t act like a traditional beat you over the head pressure salesperson.

purchased vehicle over the phone, purchased a cashier check as the dealership requested. I sent a copy of the cashier check to dealership. Drove 6 hours to dealership and they would not release vehicle until they confirm funds. They had all day to call bank and confirm but chose not to. Had to pay for hotel and spend the night. The next day, still had to wait until noon to get vehicle. We were told nothing buy lies. Tricks they play, very dishonest dealership.
