Horrible Experience/Con Artist
They train their salesman to be deceitful to customers!!! Ran our credit a total of 19 times!! False promises!! Treat you like xxxx then send a text afterwords asking them to leave a review!! Idiots!! Don’t waste your time!

Better than town East ford
Long story short i came from town East ford because they didn’t try to sell me the mustang Bc my credit history was short to then but my credit was good, so i walked out and came straight to grapevine ford where i bought my car last time and even better customer service and the whole process was easy and quick as possible i thought i was going to negotiate and be there all day the whole thing took as little as 2 hours!! I told these guys the story i had before and instantly they said yup your approved and we got a bank for your financing, and what’s crazy is they told me town East never ran my credit!! I was stunned and i will always come back.
