Jacob helped us the moment we walked in.

Jacob helped us the moment we walked in. We wanted a new Equinox with 3k miles but a couple had already begun the purchase process. Jacob showed us another Equinox with only 600 miles, same color and trim! We immediately said yes and he ensured they would sell it until we came back to finalize. Juan also was very fast and efficient completing our paperwork.

Poor communication throughout the entire process.

Poor communication throughout the entire process. Did not respond to voicemails/text when asking questions. Service Manager and Service Advisor did little to assist with getting vehicle to replace mine. Managed to get my own rental and paid out of pocket although this was a warranty claim. Vehicle was returned with a ton of dust, mechanic hand/foot prints all over the vehicle and scratches on both fender and bumper. Very disappointed in the level of service I received and will not be returning to this dealership.

Please also make sure you don’t scratch up the paint on fenders and bumpers. They have products to preserve vehicles surfaces without damaging it.
