I had a very large problem with the lifters in my
I had a very large problem with the lifters in my Silverado and GM wasn't really trying to help because my truck was out of warranty by just under 5,000 miles. The team of managers and staff went to my defense because I maintained my vehicle like the factory recommends. They got GM to cover the fair share of the repair. I will always buy from James Wood

The consistency in customer service makes this dealer among the top 2 dealers I have ever encountered; and I'm in my 70's, so I've seen a lot. I drive 40 miles for new vehicles and service because they are so kind and considerate. If you want a GM product, there is no better place to go.
