Jared was very helpful and informative about my car and what did and didn't need to be repaired. He did a great job, and I trust his judgment when it comes to my GM vehicle. He takes my concerns seriously, but doesn't try to "find" solutions if he can't replicate the issue. This is why I choose James Wood over other options. If trust is a currency, Jared is a banker.

The work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive
The work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I was notified of the delay in obtaining the part because my Buick is very old - 1991. My service advisor, Jarrett Abel, is great. He knows me and my car and is very understanding of its special needs because of its age. He always keeps me in the loop to let me know how the work is progressing and when my car will be ready.
