Wonderful service.
Wonderful service. Cleaned my car so well afterwards too. Love the waiting area on most visits, so cozy and welcoming. Wish fellow customers wouldn’t talk loudly on their cell phones in the waiting room. Completely interrupts the quiet/restful area.

They always handle my service needs promptly and correctly. Jarrett Abel was my service advisor and he managed by expectations extremely well. I wish James Wood offered service coupons the way Huffines does, so I wouldn't need to ask you to match their offers.

Ive owned several f150’s in the past. Decided on a change. I bought a Chevy Silverado from James wood. I can’t say that I got a smoking deal but that’s just the way things were when I decided to pull the trigger. Having said all that I can’t say a bad word about James wood or their service department. Im Not one who writes many reviews but they In My mind are worth writing one for. Dealt with many dealers in the past and James wood is great. No pushy salesmen or women. Laid back environment. Which was very cool in my mind. If you’re outside looking you will not get jumped by a bunch of vultures. I thought that was awesome. Find something your interested in go inside and John terry will send you home in a new pickup. The people inside are not a bunch of blow hards. John has been there many years. Never have I dealt with a new vehicle salesperson that has been with a dealer so long. Salesmen come and go like the weather. James wood must be doing something right. I’ve only had my truck in the service department twice because it only has 3000 miles on it. First time for a small issue and second time for the first oil change. Couldn’t be happier with how my service advisor Tim Wilkins has taken care of me in a very very good and timely manner. Oh yeah and I’m really surprised at how I like my new Chevy Silverado RST. I was wondering for a few days if I made the right decision on my new purchase. I can tell you I really like my new pick up so far. Absolutely no complaints thus far. I have been well taken care of from the whole staff a James wood. Steve in Denton

It was a nightmare for me.
It was a nightmare for me.I will never go back, never ever. The worst customer service and they didnt do everything they should have. No one who works there cares they have made that clear! Don’t put yourself thru the kind of crap they put me thru.
