Edwin was honest, polite, helpful and friendly. He addressed my concerns and was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly. Very satisfied! Edwin's rating: 5 stars. The porters here are very respectful and polite! Porter rating: 5 stars. Growing tired of not having one point of contact at this dealership. I want an advisor that I can count on to always be available when I drop off and pick up my vehicle or to contact with questions. For the past 2 years, I've requested the same advisor when making every appointment yet I get different advisors each time, usually because he is too busy. My family has serviced multiple vehicles here for decades and always dealt with the same advisor, who we trusted. After she left, its been nothing but a revolving door of advisors. You can't build trust with different points of contact each time. Experience rating: 1 star. Also, the gals at the checkout desk are still unfriendly! This time, as usual, they seem unhappy and annoyed... much more interested in chatting with coworkers than interacting with customers and treating them with respect. Did not feel like a valued customer. Experience rating: 1 star.

The James Wood service department makes it simple and
The James Wood service department makes it simple and convenient to take care of our Chevy Spark. We receive both texts & emails to remind us when service is due, not to mention discount coupons that save us a few bucks. Scheduling service is always easy & prompt. When we arrive at the service dept. we are always immediately greeted by Jared Laska, who is always courteous & professional. He listens to any concerns we have & always addresses them. Our vehicle is always ready sooner than expected & the cost is very fair. We always leave the service department of James Wood satisfied that our vehicle was competently serviced & glad that we bought our car at James Wood.

It has been 11 years since we purchased form James Woods
It has been 11 years since we purchased form James Woods and the experience was just as good this time as the last. Scotty Rice did a great job. He was informative and not the least bit pushy. We will go back to Scotty for the next vehicle.

This was probably the best vehicle buying experience I've ever experienced, and I've bought quite a few over the years. The entire deal was done online and I was taken seriously from my first inquiry. Other dealerships made contact but not with the information I requested, preferring that I come into the dealership. Noah was great to work with, answered all my questions, made every effort to accommodate my requests, and NO pressure. They delivered my new vehicle in perfect condition. Highly recommend Noah and James Wood Cadillac.
