Taylor has been giving me great service since I moved

Taylor has been giving me great service since I moved here in 2021. This time was no different. Also, the valet service is always outstanding from London and I believe his name was Seth. The are very courteous and friendly. In my olden days I was a Service Manager, and I would be honored to have all these people on my team. Thanks again for the great service. Ray Hanna

Waiting area was fine, thankfully it wasn’t 2 hours as stated. Employees were ok, not super friendly. I was told my first oil change was free, I was told it was not, didn’t have time to argue

Service people were great.

Service people were great. Price to replace window washer tank very high $500 plus?? CTS 2013 I know what you have to do to repackage the tank. Still to high! I guess I’m stuck

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Michel, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. He found us the exact vehicle we wanted with no hassle. The finance rep, was just as impressive—professional, informative, and efficient throughout the process. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I had a tricky, intermittent issue with sound on our

I had a tricky, intermittent issue with sound on our Escalade. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next day with Rachel. We had a long road trip planned for the following Monday. Rachel stayed in communication and the issue was resolved with a software update. On top of that the ESV was cleaned inside and out including tire dressing. I am very impressed.
