Thankfully my vehicle is repaired and AC is working well. However it took 2 visits which amounted to more labor costs . Overall the people at James Wood are helpful, courteous and do their job well

Excellent care and prompt service.

Excellent care and prompt service. Their waiting room and show room are very clean. Their staff are top notch, polite and caring. The few times I've had my Lyriq serviced it was serviced correctly the first time and always returned very clean. I'm a happy camper.

Service consultant Jared Laska is who I want for me and my Cadillac! I feel it’s very important to have a service consultant who will get to know me my driving habits and my Cadillac. My plans are to purchase my next Cadillac at James Wood at this along with possibly a GM diesel truck.

It felt like I was hanging out with family!

It felt like I was hanging out with family! Michel was patient,understanding, and he explained and spoke and taught my cousin and I in the manner of respect that two lone females NEED when shopping for a car! I really appreciate that about him and of the dealership! I was actually there for support of my cousin on her search for a new vehicle and while her new car was getting its windows tinted,I purchased one as well! This was less than an hour! I will only purchase my cars from this place and Michel! If he retires…he will have to come out of retirement to sell me my cars!
