I drove four hours to this dealership to look at a 21 F150 Platinum. The salesman was great (Christos) and I made a deal on the truck with the intention of returning in two days to drive it back home. Christos gave me a guarantee from his manager that no deposit was needed to hold the truck and that the purchase order was enough. The next day I work out everything with the bank, and my bank representative calls the dealership and speaks with Sebastian who guarantees the deal is done. The same day I added the vehicle to my insurance policy and provided the identification to the dealership. Thirty minutes before I am supposed to leave the next day (the day I told the dealership I would be back to get the truck) I receive a call from the finance manager informing me that they had sold the truck to someone who had walked in. When I informed the finance manager that he must be mistaken because the deal was already done, he confirmed that the truck was sold out from underneath me. This was extremely disappointing because the dealership had given me deceptive information (a guarantee that the truck would be held) and preferred a customer who financed in house through their lenders over someone who had their own financing. I will make sure that myself or anyone I know will never use Mac Haik, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Ford corporate. This was unacceptable.

We purchased a brand-new 2024 Ford Expedition Max from Mac Haik Ford on June 25, 2025. Within just six weeks - and before the vehicle even reached 900 miles – the dashboard displayed a “charging system service now” error message. While the vehicle was ultimately repaired, the experience with Ford left us extremely disappointed. When I called to make an appointment for the warranty repair, I was told there were no loaner vehicles and was told there was an Enterprise rental located near the dealership. Before renting, I confirmed with the Ford Hotline that my rental costs would be covered. Trusting that assurance, I chose a smaller, less expensive vehicle, as I did not want to take advantage of Ford. Afterward, I was initially told by Ford that reimbursements were limited to $40/day, and then later told I would not be reimbursed at all because the rental was not a Ford brand. At no point was I informed of either restriction by the dealership or the Ford Hotline. On top of that my calls to the dealership’s GM went unanswered and I received no follow-up despite multiple cases being filed with the Ford Hotline. My family is still out $538 due to warranty work on a brand new Ford vehicle, even though I was explicitly told via the Ford Hotline the rental would be covered. The bottom line is that I trusted Mac Haik to sell my family and I a brand-new vehicle that did not come with hidden headaches such as corrosion inside of the connector and grill shutter actuator. I trusted that my three young kids and I were driving around in a safe vehicle that had been inspected prior to being sold. While my vehicle has been successfully repaired, Ford and Mac Haik failed to honor their promises and ignored reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

Terrible buying experience, if I could give less than a
Terrible buying experience, if I could give less than a star I would. Mac Haik Ford sold me a car with a lien on it that they did not tell me about. It took me 8 months to get my title and license plates. I filed a claim with the Texas DMV and the investigator has found multiple violations against Mac Haik Ford. Once I get this report, I will turn it over to my attorney for further legal action and post it online, so other potential car buyers won't make the same mistake that I did from buying a car from Mac Haik Ford. What this dealership did was not legal in the State of Texas and they must be held accountable.

Shady dealer offered to buy my 2017 100D Tesla Model S
Shady dealer offered to buy my 2017 100D Tesla Model S for 24k based on tires and brake inspection??? Told them I did not want to drive 3hrs only for them to try to low ball me as I just had wheel and tires put on and the brakes services at Tesla. They said no problem would buy full asking price. I drove up there this AM. Only inspection done was buying manager drives around parking lot less than 5 minutes. I wait while he sits in glass office, then comes back and says due to the car needing brakes and they cannot work on Tesla Brakes at the Ford service center that advertises working on all makes and amodels that they would offer me 4k less than asking? 1 the car has 58k on the ODO brakes last 150k-200k in these, 2 I just had the brakes and tires services and in case of the tires replaced. 3 Unlike Ford Tesla believes in right to repare and makes all their service docs available to anyone for free. 4 you cannot actually check brakes without pulling a tire, measuring rotor thickness against tech specs and checkign pad. This was a complete fabrication and lie. This is also why people HATE dealers and flock to Tesla to buy online and not have to deal with shady xxxxxxxx.

Normally, I view buying a vehicle as a stressful
Normally, I view buying a vehicle as a stressful experience, but when I walked into this place and talked with the sales person and the finance manager, it was perfect. No stress, they were very friendly. They were very professional. They were on top of everything and made it just simple and easy and I absolutely enjoyed spending the time with them and getting this taken care of and getting a new vehicle. With excellent customer service like that I would recommend this dealership to anyone and we’ll go back myself.

Total experience was great!
Total experience was great! Salesman was prompt, professional, and very upfront. Financing did not hassle or push an agenda, but was very helpful in explaining everything. Was a real good experience in buying a car.
