We have owned 6 Lexus throughout the years and have always had great service. I can say that they have even upped their game this past week. Lucian Dobre, service associate took care of our RX350 after being service and having to take it back in. It was not their fault, but they found an issue and Lucian went the extra mile. I had another wonderful experience at Hendrick Lexus Northlake. Omar Licout kept me informed of everything that was going on and made me confident that my car was getting the service it required to keep running great. They had me out in less time than was expected. I also want to add that they have an extremely nice lounge to wait in with fun snacks.

Hendrick Lexus is a nice dealership for service. Lucian Dobre got me checked in quickly for my 70k checkup which is always nice. I asked him to please have them run my car through the car wash twice so it would be clean and he had that done. He was very nice service consultant to deal with.

I had inadvertently scratched the leather interior my new Lexus and felt sick about it. I contacted Northlake Lexus and explained the damage that I had done. They instructed me to bring the car in, though I had little hope that they could fix the problem I had created. I was greeted by Garrett Crossman, who was friendly and understanding, and told me that rather than having me come back he would do all he could to locate the person who was off-site but did their vinyl/leather repair work, because this guy could "work magic." Ten minutes later, Garrett had tracked the fellow down (he was at a doctor's appointment) and explained the problem and implored him to come over to the dealership to do that work while I waited. Talk about going above and beyond! An hour and a half later, the guy had come to the dealership, done the repair, and, just as Garrett had promised, magic was worked and you couldn't even see where the damage had been. I have never received that kind of service in my life and it was entirely due to Garrett Crossman and his exceptional efforts! This is my first Lexus, but it will certainly not be my last, because the positive attitude and extraordinary efforts of service assistants like Garrett have made me a lifetime Northlake Lexus owner.
