I have been going to Northlake Lexus for service since

I have been going to Northlake Lexus for service since purchasing our car 2020 ES350 there. Service has always been excellent and the last visit I worked with my new service manager, Rebecca Bigelow. She was great: Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and I look forward to working with her on future service visits.

Magi St.

Magi St. Hubert made our buying experience very easy and pleasant. She explained everything about the SUV and answered all of our questions. She made the purchase process go smoothly and kept informed regarding the delivery of our SUV and when it would be ready for us to pick up. I didn’t receive an email to review her after our purchase on October 31st so I’m using the link sent by our service associate to do a review for Magi and also do a review Lorenzo for our service experience.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! The service I received from Lorenzo Mendez was amazing. I had an issue with bearing in my RX 350 but was going out of town the next morning. I was able to leave my SUV at the dealership. I was then provided a loaner SUV to use and after my SUV was fixed, he scheduled a driver to return my car to the garage and exchange it out for the loaner that I was using all while I was still out of town. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair and he even sent a video. That's what you call top notch service!!! I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been going to this dealership since it was opened

I have been going to this dealership since it was opened and Eric Edwards has been my service advisor the entire time. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He makes each customer feel like they are family and has the best customer service of anyone that I have ever dealt with. I continue to go to this dealership for my service needs specifically because Eric Edwards and the entire service team ALWAYS look out for me.

It has been quite a few years since I purchased my new

It has been quite a few years since I purchased my new Lexus RX350 F-Sport. Love my car. However, Eddie Hart in the Service Dept is Fantastic!! With my warranty expiring soon, there is no need for me to rush to purchase a new vehicle until I am ready as mine is in tip top shape thanks to Eddie!

Our service advisor was Rebecca, and she made us feel very comfortable with choosing Northlake for servicing our car by ensuring that we were taken care of while our car was actually finished fairly quickly! We would definitely choose Northlake again for both of those reasons.
