Erick has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we?re taken care of, and this is now my fourth time working with him. Over the course of our visits, the team has handled a variety of services for us, including fixing my SYNC system, routine oil changes, checking for recalls, and even repairing an issue with the back seat. Each time, the service has been thorough, efficient, and done right the first time. Erick always keeps us informed and ensures we understand what?s being done, which gives us great peace of mind. I would much rather drive the extra distance to work with Erick and this team than go to any closer dealership. The level of care and professionalism here makes the trip more than worth it.

What?s important to me is what happens when a repair has a problem later. Sometimes parts fail or something was missed. Jerry, Daniel and the service staff are quick to get me in, diagnose the issue and honor their work or warranty. My time is respected and things get done right.
