Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! No communication. Knew what I was purchasing as conversation prior to leaving home confirmed vehicle, provided financial information and had drive out numbers, just needed to sign documents. Took 3-1/2 hours. This, after driving 1-1/2 hours to dealer as I live in another city. Nothing prepared, no one took time to go over vehicle features, etc. sat for hours, met with 4 different people. Felt like i was intruding on their time. Less than 24 hours later, I had vehicle at a dealer in my hometown as a critical sun roof frame was broken and needed to be ordered and replaced. Won’t have my new vehicle for another 5 days! Salesperson called next day, I assume to ask about vehicle. I explained lack of communication and consideration, not checking vehicle and wasted time. Person had the gaul to say “well I put in gas and put on license plates”! Made no comment on problem. If it hadn’t been the only vehicle model I had been looking for within several hundred miles, I would have walked out. I have purchased many vehicles over decades; this was the worst experience ever!!!
