Although had an appointment had to wait for 5 hrs to get a new tire installed and cabin and engine filter replaced, Although was told it will take 1.5 to 2 hours with a complimentary car wash. I had bought my car from them $42000 so thought of myself as an old customer, hopefully my warranty expires in 2026 and I don?t have to visit them again. I am certain that there are other reputable Ford dealers in town that actually care about their customers!

Although I had an appointment for a tire replacement
Although I had an appointment for a tire replacement which normally takes 1 hour at tops, waited for 5 hours at the dealership. Either they are short of staff or simply don’t care about a customer who have paid them $42000 for his Ford .Hopefully my warranty will be over in 2026 and don’t have to go there no more . When I dropped my car asked about the time it takes to install a new tire, was told 2 hours tops!

Was in Houston from out of town, my Transit van had a
Was in Houston from out of town, my Transit van had a wheel baring fail as I arrived in town. Took my vehicle into the Sevice dept on Friday afternoon explained that I was from out of town and needed my vehicle for work over the weekend. David Nguyen took complete care of me, ordered the parts and got the van in straight away despite them being busy. Fixed both hubs, and did a full Sevice at the same time. Hubs had to be ordered and were delivered Saturday morning, full Sevice new hubs, brakes and rotors, wheels rotated and balanced etc.. Despite David being off on Saturday he called and gave me updates and the van was ready on Saturday afternoon. Great team, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Sterling. AAA+++

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. They call you constantly when they want you to buy a car and then when there is a recall they keep your car for 4 days. Give you incorrect amount charge for an oil change. They tried to charge me $400 for an oil change, then when I complained they said oh it?s $280 and then they came back for $270. When I asked to speak to the manager they ignored me and the manager never contacted me. They didn?t even do all the things asked and lie about costs. Terrible!
