Took forever to get an answer on my vehicle.

Took forever to get an answer on my vehicle. Had to call every other day for an update. After 5 days of keeping my truck, the same issue started as soon as I picked it up. I called back immediately and no answered or called back.

First time at this dealership.

First time at this dealership...Lack of communication with the services parts team, unnecessary waste of my time. Nobody told me when the car was ready and Diagnostic was sent like 15 after we paid and left the dealer.

Service manager was courteous and professional, received

Service manager was courteous and professional, received my car on time. He explained what is expected to be done and gave me a time estimate. I received a call from him the car was ready.
