Zack was great!
Zack was great! The folks that take the truck at the beginning were great! I let them know that the issue wasn?t fixed after leaving so they were very easy to get the truck back in and looked at

My wife and I had been shopping for a Mustang Mach E, and
My wife and I had been shopping for a Mustang Mach E, and talked to several dealers. McCall had the specific model and trip packaged that we wanted. After negotiating ahead of time and scheduling a day and time to just go in to the dealer to finalize financing and take delivery of the car, the entire process took over 5 hours of our day. When we got to the dealer, the car was nto charged and it was dirty, VERY dirty. There was lots of sitting around, waiting. no one talked to us, no one updated us, etc. Once we were done with financing department and ready to take the care home, we were told the car wasnt able to charge there as their chargers were broken, so it only had 11% charge (barely enough to drive home), and the care was cleaned but they did a terrible job. Water spots everywhere and worse part was there was chips and dings in the paint. So we refused to take delivery of the car, and after then spending more time there and talking to the sales manager, they didnt have a loaner car for us. So we had to take the car home, and waiting for them to get a loaner car for us, we will have to take the new car back to them and then wait a few days for them to correct the paint and dings. the frustrating part is that they should of had the car cleaned and charged ahead of us arriving to the dealer. The sales person knew we were showing up at a certain time. They should have had the char cleaned and charged the day before. Had that been done, we would of seen the chip sin the paint ahead of time as well.
