I recently purchased a car from this dealership and,

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience with the salesperson, Luis Nolasco, left a lot to be desired. I had already selected the vehicle I wanted online, so I came in prepared to finalize the deal. However, Luis seemed to completely rely on that fact rather than making any real effort to sell the car. He simply handed me the keys and pointed me to where the car was parked?there was no walk-through, no explanation of features, no attempt to showcase the vehicle or make me feel confident in the purchase. It felt more like a rushed transaction than a guided buying experience. His overall demeanor came off as unenthusiastic and disengaged, and to make matters worse, his communication was poor?either slow to respond or no response at all. Ironically, it was the finance manager, Frank Galan, who salvaged the experience. He was the one who really made the sale happen. He was professional, attentive, and even threw in window tinting at no additional cost. It was clear he cared about the customer experience, which I appreciated. Overall, while I?m happy with the car itself, I can?t say the same for the sales experience. If you?re shopping here, I recommend working with someone else or being prepared to do most of the legwork yourself.

Friendly service.

Friendly service...up front with you. Finished in a timely manner and cost was pretty affordable. Irvin was my representative and he was absolutely great.

I have gone to Sterling McCall for service for over 10

I have gone to Sterling McCall for service for over 10 years. I find them to be honest, dependable and they do good work. I go to David Nguyen as my service advisor as he is honest and very knowledgeable.
