Outstanding service.

Outstanding service. I woke up with a flat tire this morning and had my truck towed to this dealership. They kept me updated through the day, worked to get my tire fixed, changed my windshield wipers and washed my car without me asking. I want to highlight Gerry for his friendly service and for going above and beyond to get me back on the road!!

I have been bring my Flex in for service for probably

I have been bring my Flex in for service for probably over 4 to 5 years. David Nguyen in the service department always takes care of everything with impeccable efficiency and detail. He also keeps me updated throughout the entire process. He is not only knowledgeable and courteous. I’m always confident that my Flex is in good hands!

I have only taken my vehicle to be serviced twice and

I have only taken my vehicle to be serviced twice and both experiences were not the best. My main issue was the time it took for me to be given a diagnosis for my SUV. It should not take a week to run a diagnostic evaluation and complete an oil change. Only for the work to be too expensive and still have to pay for the diagnosis and pickup a car that's been sitting for a week and still needs to be repaired. Get the car home, leave out again only three hours later and car will not crank. Had to get a two jumps and the next morning go buy a new battery. Oil change and Diagnostic $251 and new battery $200....initial issues/ reason for taking in for servicing.... still not fixed. Definitely not pleased.

David Nguyen was great.

David Nguyen was great. Super nice and helpful helpful didn't try to take advantage of me being a single female. He walked me through what was needed. He took time out to answer all of my questions that I had. I will be back.
