Our salesman Mercer was very knowledgeable and had great people skills and communication. We were elderly buyers and he was patient and took the time to explain and demonstrate all of the car features. He also answered our endless questions. The financial person was also very friendly and helpful. Lastly the dealership was clean including the bathrooms. I will buy my next car there

I dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance and a recall to service advisor Irvin. He was very attentive to my concerns and assured me that everything will get done as soon as possible. A couple of hours later, he personally dropped off my vehicle at my office. He went above and beyond. This was definitely one of the best experiences at any dealership. I definitely recommend Irvin at Sterling McCall Ford.
