The surface department at strictly with call FORD did a wonderful job of doing a 20,000 p.m. service. I was happy to know that for the service I could apply my rewards and I had an amount that was generous enough to cover the price so I left out of there without having to pay anything just about my own credit card.

Only problem I have with Sterling McCall is my messages

Only problem I have with Sterling McCall is my messages are gone. Miles and gas information changed to something I don’t know how to get it back. Service advisor Andrew Britton was on the ball and kept me informed. My wait time was only about a hour which is very good.

Amanda and team was great.

Amanda and team was great. I needed to be in and out in 2 hours. They were efficient. Also, finance was not trying to over pressure selling extras. Very comfortable experience at all buying stages.

The new and used car salesman Lalo Espinoza has given us

The new and used car salesman Lalo Espinoza has given us very good service. To date we have already bought 3 cars, 1 used and two new, and his help has always been very good, as has the Tosh finance department. Highly recommended.

We had a scheduled appointment to test drive a car we

We had a scheduled appointment to test drive a car we were really interested In. When we arrived we were seated and told the salesman would be with us shortly. After that we were not acknowledged for the next half hour. The salesman walked past several times and refused to even make eye contact. All it would have taken was just a word or two. Finally, a gentleman approached us and asked if we'd been helped. We said no, would he mind helping us? He the stated it was only his second day and he had to ask. He went ask but didn't come back. We then left. While we were about to turn out of the lot, the new guy ran out and said he could help us. We'd had enough, so we thanked him but declined and went elsewhere to buy a car. Funny that the guy on his second day there had better skills than the salesman that we were supposed to meet. I contacted the manager and let him know what had happened. He seemed sincerely apologetic and asked us to come back, but it was a far drive the first time and we were already looking elsewhere. Maybe you'll get a better experience. If you go, I hope you do.

Best car buying experience ever. Everything one was straight forward and friendly and I mean everyone. Starting from the salesman (Josh), general manager down to the finance department.
