Best Service Advisor

Came in for my oil change, it was done right and it was quick. My service advisor Irvin was professional and personable he is the reason why I will come back! He is a true asset to the company.

Everything was great

Everything was great. Bought my 2022 Bronco from them. They sold me at MSRP as promised. Mary was super friendly and was very caring. This is my second vehicle purchase from them.

Went in there to deal with Brian Frank he promised me he

Went in there to deal with Brian Frank he promised me he would hold a vehicle for me a 2013 Cadillac SUV had a 12 o’clock meeting I was there before 12 o’clock he was not there until 30 minutes late we haggled and how to deal $8400 out the door sign deal and shake everything he went to go pick up the vehicle 30 minutes later I got a call saying the vehicle was just sold what are you talking about I already bought the vehicle it can’t be sold so then I left a review the next day they reached out to me and told me they were gonna make this right all the sudden the 2013 Cadillac SUVMagically appeared on the lot but now all the sudden air-conditioning quit working and They told me I could cost up to $2000 just to repair it how is that trying to make it right the first day I spent five hours in there the second day I took off work because they called me and told me to come in for another two hours now I played phone tag do not trust Brian Frank is an Internet sales manager

Call the dealership around 9:00 a.m. on May 30th let the internet sales manager Brian Frank no I wanted to buy the 2013 Cadillac SUV we agreed for me to be there at noon to purchase a vehicle when I got there Mr Frank and I agreed on $8,400 out the door I signed the paperwork we shook hands it was a done deal then he went to go pick up the vehicle at one of his other dealerships 30 minutes later I'm getting a phone call that the vehicle was sold what do you mean the vehicle was sold it was already sold to me I don't understand how this can happen this dealership cannot be trusted don't buy from the steelership you don't get anything I'm very disappointed I went into the dealership yesterday with $10,000 cash and left with nothing

David Nguyen was rude and dismissive of me from the...

David Nguyen was rude and dismissive of me from the get-go. I brought my truck in because of some strange warning lights. It’s under a bumper to bumper warranty so should have been no hassle no pay. Alas, he calls this small Pedal Commander throttle modulation device an “engine tune” and refuses to work on it. I ask if they can just unplug the tiny device from the pedal and fix it. They say no, forcing me to drive over and unplug it myself. I get there and unplug it, only to be told that if they detect “any trace” of it, they will charge me full non-warranty repair price. I ask if they can just check it again and tell me if there is any record of the device, and he accuses me of “wasting the mechanic’s time” and says no, they will charge me the full price. So much for customer always being right. Horrendous service, probably dismissive/condescending of/toward me since I was younger than him. If you get David Nguyen for your warranty service just go to Russell and Smith instead.
