Service Better than i left it.

Just had my first service maintenance on my vehicle. Received notification prior from the dealership that it was coming due. Easy scheduling online & received a confirming callback on items to be addressed. David Nguyen the service advisor helped make everything run smoothly, kept me informed, and promptly in & out. The car was cleaned & vacuumed better than i left it. Good job!

Peace of Mind

My service consultant was Mr. David Nguyen. He was very knowledgable of what my vehicle needed. He Listened and answered clearly, the questions l had and that's very important to me. I was very pleased with his assessment throughout my visit and was most satisfied when l left. 2018 Toyota Camry Purchased. Review

I purchased a 2018 toyota Camry paid Aprox 21,700 on Dec 10, 2021Tax included. had a horrible buying experience the Car had a defective Radio, Broken storage compartment box conmdemed would not open. they agree to fix the items and did not. after 3 trips to the dealer I did not accomplished anything but problems toyota charged me over 2300 dollars for the repairs. The dealer customer Service is well brlow average from Sales peron Ashly Sales Manager Alex and the financing department they all need to get human relations skills avoid this placed all they want is money after you sign paperwork the hide behing the buy as is law to Screw people over. Shady dealer

Andrew was great!

This was my first visit to the service department at Sterling McCall Ford. Andrew greeted me when I drove up and I could not have been in better hands. My routine service was completed in a little more than an hour while I waited. A great first experience!

Bad service and bad service director customer serv

Every time I take my car they never do everything they are supposed to do, this last time they didn’t even wash my car after they had said they had. I used to have an Acura and would always do service at sterling mcall Acura, complete different experience even though they are same company!

Great place for service.

Nothing but good treatment by the staff. Fast service. Eric was great. When I return to Houston, I do this often, this is the place for service.

Went to get oil change Needless to say oil change, of course they're always trying to sell something for commission young man brought a list back over $1,000 saying that my tires were bad took it to discount tires they said I had 6 months left on those tires! Liars, 2flush job $400 My mechanic $210, filter $49, autozone $24 smh

Will not be back! So tired of the commission hustlers! My commission Hustler was so anxious to bring me a list of tires needed at $700 and two kinds of flushing, @400, needless to say AutoZone check my tires they said I had 6 months left on my tires I do have my own mechanic I call my mechanic and read off the flushing he then explain to me that the cost would be $210! The commission Hustler was so anxious to sell off the list he didn't even wash the car and for two years of oil changes with them the car has always been washed I had to ask him to wash the car! Goodbye commission hustlers
