don't go to Winchester Mitsubishi , they say they got you...

don't go to Winchester Mitsubishi , they say they got you covered and know what their doing yet they gave me a car that a loan didn't go thru on but i was under the impression that it was mine to use especially given the key and stuff to drive it off the lot . wel 2 weeks go by of me enjoying my new car & i get a call that the loan didn't go thru to return their property. i went down there and turned over the keys being under the impression i was getting a FULL REFUND of my 2,500 down payment or that they would find another bank to do the loan. that was Friday , now it's Tuesday and i still have no refund of my money & their now telling me that i'm not even getting the full amount due to the miles put on it because i thought it was mine to put miles on !!! & after them switching up multiple times of saying this or that once i got fed up and demanded my down payment they told me to have my attorney contact theirs and they wouldn't be giving me anything . way to scam a person who had no idea what the xxxx she was doing , may be my fault since i trusted them but i didn't think they'd pull some corrupt xxxx like this .

Hello Ms. Atwell, We are so sorry that your loan didn't go through. Due to the inconsistence of the information you provided to the lending institution. We strive to make sure we provide all our beloved customers with the best services. We aren't in the business of taking vehicles back. This doesn't serve our purpose of being a dealership. But when no lender extended an auto loan to you, we had no choice but to take the vehicle back. And we did refund all your down-payment. We didn't even charge you for the miles put on the vehicle usage. Wishing you all the best.

right right right after we called the board above you guys because you were trying to scam and make me pay for miles i put on it due to the fault of you making me think it was mine to put miles on and use as a car what was i supposed to do park it til i got the tags ? but you got it wishing YOU the best: Karma is real (:

I had been without a vehicle for five months when I went...

I had been without a vehicle for five months when I went to Winchester Mitsubishi. I have been working on my credit for some time and I was honestly kind of leery of getting vested in another finance contract on a vehicle with the recent experience I had had in dealing with these things. But Patrick Brinkmeier put me at ease. He took the time to make sure, he not only got the best deal available to me, but took the time to listen to my concerns and situation. I've never had such amazing one on one customer service. This process took quite a while on Saturday but he kept me informed of each step of the process and made me comfortable. I really felt taken care of. Then when it came time to sign on the bottom line, all my questions were answered and explained to where I could understand. Patrick really went above and beyond. Along with the financial staff, you could see the collaborative team effort in ensuring you, the customer, are getting your best deal. And today I know have a dependable vehicle, with a warranty, that is building my credit even more. Patrick really understood what was important to me and the vehicle I have now meets all my needs and wants. Thank you Patrick! You acted as my best advocate and went above and beyond. I feel blessed today!
