I have been to many car dealers in my past. I can honestly say, Winchester Mitsubishi is the ONLY honest and fair dealership in existence. You are also treated with the utmost respect. You can be sure that the vehicle you purchase is of the highest quality. There is no stress buying as the dealers are very helpful and compassionate of your needs. I'm so happy I found Winchester Mitsubishi! Within an hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Went in, and Kate was awesome! She made me feel at home and like I was talking to a friend. They listened to what I wanted in a car and navigated the obstacles I threw at them. Tiffany helped with getting my taxes filed and made sure she was able to get everything I was supposed to and had to sit through some pretty horrible hold music with a smile on her face. They also welcomed my little dog when I came directly from work, and he loved all ghe attention he got. I love my dog more than anything and seriously may have went somewhere else if he wasn't loved on. I give them all an 11 out of 10.
