As this was my very first time going into a dealership and buying a car, I was incredibly nervous. However, all the employees I met were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and before I knew it I was completely comfortable and confident that I would get what I needed with their help. Thanks to them I was able to leave that day with a brand new car when I thought the best I would get was an old used 2012 at best. Thank you Katie, and all of Winchester Mitsubishi! You're the best!

Sam and the service department really helped me out! From replacing my oil fill cap to completely taking care of a crossmember and control arm recall on my outlander sport. They even were able to hook me up with a loaner car. I give them 10 out of 10 stars.
