I was taken care of, the next day after I call after hours to report a strange noise coming from the back of my 2020 outlander! I would like to thank Lauren the service advisor, as well as Sam and Mike the mechanic that solved the problem, it was just a small stone that was stuck by the caliper shield! There is a great team there, everyone was very profesional and listened to my concerns! Thank you guys!
