The staff were all professional and treated me like part of the family. No silly haggling going back and forth. Clear options for both leasing, purchasing, and payments. Mike was helpful and explained all everything. Nick showed me protection options and choices. Providing information, not pushing. The manager Jill came to introduce herself and asked if she could do anything for me. The greeter Alissa was so friendly and helpful . I had never leased so I needed to be walked through the process. I was also provided with purchase figures. No push to make hasty choices. Just logical useful information. And I was treated like a friend. I went home the same day in my new Equinox! I love the car. And by the way I was treated, I most assuredly will return in the future. West Herr treated me better than any of the dealers I have previously bought cars from. My salesman Mike Kabala was excellent at providing information so I could make informed choices.

I worked with John chmiel and Derek May at chevy OP & he treated my daughter very well when she bought her first car. I contacted him when I found this truck online and he treated me like I was still part of the West Herr family. I’ll call on John again when my wife is ready for a new car. The sales person was great until she messed up on my contract! One item I really wanted and stated that from the beginning never made it in and now I must come up with extra money that I don’t have to have it done! I’m not very happy and I’ve been coming to this dealer for a while!
